Shipping Policy
Standard shipping times: Please note that the times given
below are our objective times that we do our best to keep to. During these
uncertain times we cannot always have our full staff available and our delivery
partners are unable to keep every delivery promise. So we cannot promise
to keep within these times but we will do our utmost to keep within them.
If you are unsure or if you need an item before a certain
date then please get in
touch either before or after placing your order and we shall help you
however we can.

Canada (Priority Service)
- Production time: Approximately 1 week (depending on design approval).
- Shipping time: 3–7 business days.
- Priority: Orders within Toronto are prioritized for faster delivery and often arrive sooner than other regions.
- Tracking: Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Information.
If you have ordered a product with us then the relevant
tracking numbers and links will be emailed to you when the item is dispatched.
The number should be a link to your tracking, however if not then please get in contact with us!

Returns Postage.
For returning items, a mailing label will be emailed to
you. This will need to be printed out and secured to the package in such
a way that the entire label is readable and the label will not fall off in
transit as this may invalidate your return claim.
Returning items must be wrapped back in their original
packaging and be securely sealed so they will not fall out or suffer any damage
during transit. If this is not achieved it may also invalidate your
return claim.
Instructions of how to send your item back may alter
depending on your country. Any instructions will be clearly sent to you
with the label file.
